Zero data retention
Content processed through Newtone is not stored by our AI providers beyond what's required for immediate processing. Where temporary retention exists (e.g., 24-hour logging for operational monitoring), data is automatically purged on a fixed schedule.
No training on your Data
Your proprietary content - product information, brand guidelines, generated outputs - is never used to train AI models accessible to other organizations. Data provided to Newtone remains isolated to your organization's private AI configuration.
Organizational data isolation
Each organization operates within a logically separated part of our system. Your data, configurations, and AI customizations are not shared with or accessible to other Newtone customers.
