# Contact

How to reach the Newtone team — your contact directly, the in-app chat, or help\@newtone.ai.

Newtone is a high-touch product. Every account has people behind it, and reaching them is meant to be easy rather than a last resort — questions about your guidelines, a run that did not come out as expected, a new market you are considering, or anything these docs do not answer.

Three ways to get in touch:

**Your Newtone contact.** If you are working with us on a project, email them directly. They know your configuration and are usually the fastest route.

**In-app chat.** Available from anywhere in the app, and the right choice when something you are looking at needs explaining.

**<help@newtone.ai>.** For anything else, or when you are not sure who to ask.

If you are reporting something that went wrong, telling us which run, which locale and what you expected saves a round trip.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.newtone.ai/contact-us/contact.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
